The new Miele Experience Centre in Cambridge is one of 55 forward-looking international shopfitting projects to have made it into the latest edition of the STORE BOOK – out of approximately 170 submissions! The Miele store won over the jury with its space-saving modular concept, which offers a premium experience over a compact store area. The heart of the concept is the “active kitchen”, where all products and gadgets can be tested live in keeping with the slogan “experience, enjoy, embrace”. Our contribution to the project was the development and construction of the store, working alongside Miele’s building department, and its fit-out including delivery and installation. All fixtures and freestanding units were supplied by our production site in Frankfurt.
The STORE BOOK, now in its thirteenth edition, is a source of inspiration for all shopfitting creatives and stakeholders, and for retailers and store enthusiasts alike.
