DIGITAL EXPERIENCE ++ When displaying its innovative products, Samsung emphasises intuitive, individual experience. Central to this are the “cradles”. Whether placed on a counter top or integrated into it, they provide customers with all essential product information “at the touch of a button”.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ++ In addition to a varied, innovative range of self-information facilities, the service area and service concept take up a lot of space both conceptually and spatially. The new airport store features an inviting lounge area to relax in, as well as a customer café bar with adjacent service counter. A member of the Service Team is available at all times for on-site repairs.
COMPLETE SHOPFITTING PACKAGE ++ In cooperation with Samsung’s agency Cheil, who came up with the concept for the shop, we’ve built the South Korean big player’s new store at Frankfurt airport. As general contractor and project manager for interiors and shopfitting, we’re also responsible for the design, production, delivery and installation of each individual item of shop furniture.
