The people behind Münch+Münch. May we introduce: our directors. Three men,
three different characters, each one with a different focus. Three different perspectives
that make the perfect team. And one common goal: to bring brands and people together.
Introducing: Konrad Münch
Konrad Münch is Managing Director of the Münch + Münch GmbH & Co, which he established together with his brother Jörg Münch in 1991. Konrad studied timber technology not just at university but also at his parents’ company. He grew up with the company and knows what it takes for a business to succeed: the readiness to accept a challenge and the skill to master it. This requires detailed expertise, a broad understanding of the market and complete dedication to your business and to meeting your clients’ needs. In addition, he applies his talents as member of the board of the local Rotary Club and member of the German association of family businesses, “Die Familienunternehmer – ASU”. And, in his spare time, on the ski slope or at a golf tournament.
Introducing: Jörg Münch
Together with his brother Konrad Münch, Jörg set up the Münch + Münch GmbH & Co in 1991. As a master cabinetmaker, who served his apprenticeship in his father’s workshop, and with a degree in economics and business administration, Jörg understands all aspects of the business. With this kind of thorough theoretical and practical foundation, he is not easily fazed by the ups and downs of running a creative business. With a sound code of ethics to fall back on he brings both stability and lateral thinking to the mix. As versatile as his role as Managing Director are his outside interests, ranging from painting and travel photography to literature and music.
Introducing: Andreas Mink
Andreas Mink, Managing Director for Sales, qualified early on for a career with Münch+Münch by completing an apprenticeship and then working for several years with a leading kitchen manufacturer. There he gained comprehensive experience in metal engineering, sales and project management, logistics and production planning. With a degree in timber engineering under his belt, he started with Münch+Münch as team leader and key account manager, and became a director in 2010. When not running things for Münch+Münch, he still enjoys running, as well as walking and Nordic walking, in his free time.
